ANC and Malema issues are affecting us all as South African

It is very amusing that the dethroned
president of the African National Congress
 Youth League (ANCYL), Julius Malema
"Juju", calls for ANC leadership to become
involved with talks with him and settle for some peace after all he has done to the party and to some of the leaders for example by throwing all the insults to his authorities. Juju never stop to amaze because he apparently wants the ANC to forgive and forget about all the mistakes and disrespectful acts he has done. As South Africans we all understand the importance of 2012 for the ANC, not only because of its 100 years of existence but also because of its elective congress this year. Since Juju has been adjudged to five years suspension by the ANC disciplinary committee there has been no peace, this comes after the violence that took place in his home town, Seshego in Limpopo.

According to his supporters, they say the sentence is too harsh and very unfair. The ANC disciplinary commite had to do something about this issue or else it was going to be dragged in a bad media coverage and obtain a bad publicity for having done nothing after Juju's nonsense. The ANC seems to have kept control, after all Juju has put them into. No matter what the problems within the party especially with other parties such as South African Communist Party (SACP) and  Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU), there is hope that there will be peace because at the end of the day the country is affected when tensions erupt within the ANC. There is a lot to be done within the ANC in order to restore its dignity, especially after Juju dragged the party into disrupture and sowing divisions within the ANC, which is not good at all. Therefore in conclusion, the ANC leadership should concerntrate on strengthning the party's image and stop corruption, Malema deserves to be expelled because he is not the good leader.

Its about time Malema has been put to his place, and voters next time must be very careful who they elect as their leader, because Juju has been up to no good. People must ask themselves wether this was supposed to be the youth's leader or just a person who wanted to destroy the country.

This is the link to the day Malema got expelled from the party.

  3. I believe that despite al hs wrong doings that julius is a very clever man,its jus that some of the approaches he uses to tackle issues is inappropriate. He has potential leading skills but some of the things he says and does creates a bad image for himself and potrays himself as a bad example. But thats my opinion despite what he is doing wrong he stil has his fans supporting him all the way and clearly to them he is doing something right and i would like to know what that is?

  4. Dream on this is part of the plan.

They casting jujuwhore out, to wash their hands and plea innocence when he starts his true purpose.

Now he can say kill the whites, and nationalize mines and farms.

And the anc will say, he isn't one of us, all the while his doing exactly what they want and expected him to do.

Don't fall for the act, look beyond the obvious

  5. The Youth League will become a sideshow – even if Malema drags it out to the end of the year conference.

The Main Showdown will be in the Adult League.

  6. zuma must be very careful still. Julius Malema was punished for wrong reasons.

who speaks on behalf of the ANCYL NEC if it is not the President of the organsiation? If Malema indeed had endorsement from his executive to make such utterances, why is Malema charged as an individual? In an organisation that subscribes to internal democracy, Malema is not at liberty to subvert resolutions of the NEC.
Therefore, does it mean that if the ANCYL NEC resolves on a matter for public pronouncement, the individual making the remarks will be charged? The charges by the ANC on Malema seem to create fertile ground for individualism in the party, rather than enforcing cooperation and collective accountability for issues.
The charges that are to get Malema suspended from the party, are in my view not just only a threat to internal democracy within the ANC, they are also a hindrance to the ANCYL, as they weaken the ability of the league to be part of socioeconomic and sociopolitical dialogue that affects us all.
In essence, one can conclude that the ANCYL is no longer allowed to air its views on contentious issues of governance, policy and international relations because they risk being reprimanded and given the harshest sentence of facing the exit door from the organisation.
I'M STILL ANGRY AND VERY ANGRY AT THE DECISION THE ANC HAS TAKEN TOWARDS MALEMA, IS TOO PERSONA

  7. @ Mkwebane, yes you are right and it shows that you are the real politician and you very updated with these things. I think the decision that was taken by the ANC committee was good and fair, so Its not personal. I suppose you Malema's number one fan, he behaves like a puppet

  8. @ Mkwhebane, I totally disagree with you, tell me first, what is the role of the spokesperson of the ANCYL if the preident is the one that is always on TV? What did Malema ever say about the education of this country where the majority of the youth he is serving are?

There are real youth issues that he ignored and instead ran to things that must be addressed by the motherbody, the youth can have a stand on such issues, but not go to the media and insult the organisation. This is about the ANC not about Malema.

  9. I think the ANC took too long to bring JUJU to order, had they done it sooner and before things got worse, there would have never been a need to expel him from the party. I blame the ANC! JUJU, like averyone is human and humans make mistakes!

  10. I agree with what you're saying Nic but then even juju himself took advantage of the whole thing. He spiraled out of control with just a blink of an eye. How ignorant can he get??? What was he thinking..?????????????
